The game “A journey around the world” is a board game suitable for children and young people aged 6-13 years. The aim of the game is to give players a new awareness and knowledge of the different regions and continents of the world in order to recognize similarities and differences and to promote global citizenship. Within the game, players test and expand their own knowledge in a self-directed learning process. The game is interdisciplinary and supports interdisciplinary as well as subject teaching (e.g. in geography, biology, art, literature).
